10. Collaborate with other departments within the store to promote sales and cross-selling opportunities.
11. Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
12. Manage and track salon expenses, including payroll and budget management.
13. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
14. Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
15. Uphold company standards and policies at all times.
