- Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation regulations.
- Manage and track salon expenses, including payroll and budget management.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and inventory management.
- Uphold company standards and policies at all times.
Extensive Knowledge Of Salon Operations, Including Scheduling, Inventory Management, And Customer Service.
Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage A Team Of Stylists And Support Staff.
Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In Salon Management Or Related Field.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Maintain Positive Relationships With Clients, Employees, And Corporate Management.
