Marketing Manager

This role will be responsible for trade and consumer marketing of fresh pork programs. Plays a key role in sales discussions and growth of customers and products. Develop trade promotions that leverage customer’s preferred channels. Develop and implement incentive programs to drive strategic program and product growth. Identify opportunities with customers, assist with sales pipeline development, and provide insights and actions for existing customers.Steward go to market process ensuring customer success and execution including new product launch and private label packaging development. Collaborates with sales, margin management, R&D, operations and packaging to understand capabilities in order to grow current or implement new programs. Supports Sales on key meetings, presentations and industry events for customer sell-in process by creating critical sales materials and procurement of product samples. Gathers and analyzes data to identify insights that translate into business initiatives and actionable tasks to improve results Ability to work in cooperation with other JBS marketing teams.
