Maintenance Technician

Duties include operating and performing routine and preventative maintenance to ensure building systems operate efficiently and the physical condition of the buildings is maintained. The Tech may perform tasks such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical and HVAC repairs. The Tech will also clean and repair fixtures including lights, doors, walls, floors, gutters, parking lot and drains. Assist with emergency evacuations, such as fire or natural disaster Work closely with the Facilities Manager to purchase supplies, equipment and materials necessary to complete general maintenance duties, tasks, repairs, and projects. Perform miscellaneous maintenance at multiple locations such as snow removal, changing filters and light bulbs and ballasts. Run local errands in company vehicle as needed.
