
Practice Leader - Telecom
The Practice Lead is responsible for developing integrated industry-based solutions that address client's business needs (both industry and business) and deliver client value while supporting HARMAN business strategies. Responsible for driving the technology strategy in domain area(s), with the objective of keeping the current and future offerings (services and products) best-in-class, competitive, and aligned with market technology needs. Work with BU, Sales and Marketing teams to get the technology roadmaps actioned and be a primary seller of new solutions with the sales teams. Drive solution definition during pre- and post- sales phases – showing how customers will gain an edge in the marketplace and ensuring a competitive solution. Ensures that the delivery teams are appropriately addressing critical aspects of critical roadmap solutions being built for Tier-1 customers.
