Job Description

JBL is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Head to lead our retail business division. As the National Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and driving revenue growth for JBL's retail business.   1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for JBL's retail business division.
  2. Manage and lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets.
  3. Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to sales strategies.
  4. Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business goals.
  5. Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  6. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive sales and increase market share.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
  8. Create and maintain sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify potential areas for improvement.
  9. Train and onboard new sales team members, providing them with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  10. Represent JBL at industry events and conferences to network and promote the brand's products and services.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and ethical standards in all sales activities.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Set and achieve ambitious sales targets, driving the team to exceed expectations and achieve success.
  14. Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies and set company-wide sales goals.
  15. Act as a key liaison between the sales team and other departments, providing regular updates and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Sales Experience: A National Sales Head For Jbl's Retail Business Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Retail Industry. This Experience Should Include Managing Large Sales Teams, Developing Sales Strategies, And Achieving Sales Targets.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires A Strong Leader Who Can Motivate And Guide A Team Of Sales Professionals. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Developing High-Performing Sales Teams, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Communicate And Delegate Tasks.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Retail Industry: A National Sales Head Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Retail Industry, Including Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Competitor Analysis. This Knowledge Will Be Crucial In Developing Effective Sales Strategies And Identifying New Business Opportunities.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Key Representative Of The Company, The National Sales Head Should Possess Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills. This Includes The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients, Negotiate Deals, And Communicate Effectively With Internal Teams.
