- Develop and implement comprehensive and competitive employee benefits packages that align with the company's overall strategy and goals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits, and make recommendations for changes or updates as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, to ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding all benefits-related inquiries and issues.
- Conduct regular audits and analysis of benefits programs to ensure effectiveness and cost-efficiency.
- Manage relationships with external benefits vendors and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the company and its employees.
- Develop and deliver presentations and communications to educate employees about their benefits options and any changes or updates.
- Work closely with the HR team to ensure accurate benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations for all employees.
- Monitor and track employee satisfaction and engagement with benefits programs, and make improvements as needed.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and make recommendations for improvements to the company's benefits offerings.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Managing Employee Benefits Programs, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Extensive Knowledge Of Us Benefits Laws And Regulations, Including Erisa, Aca, And Fmla.
Strong Analytical Skills And Ability To Interpret Data To Make Informed Decisions For Benefit Plan Design And Cost Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With Experience In Presenting Complex Benefit Information To Employees At All Levels.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field. Professional Certifications Such As Cebs Or Phr Are A Plus.
