You will be responsible for overseeing the inbound logistics process, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and products.   1. Develop and implement supply chain strategies and processes to improve efficiency and drive cost savings.
  2. Oversee and manage the inbound logistics process, including transportation, inventory management, and distribution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.
  4. Conduct regular assessments of supply chain operations and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to track and report on supply chain performance.
  6. Manage supplier relationships and negotiate favorable terms and contracts.
  7. Lead and develop a team of supply chain and logistics professionals.
  8. Implement and maintain supply chain best practices and standards.
  9. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  10. Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks.
  11. Develop and manage budgets for supply chain and logistics operations.
  12. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to address any supply chain issues or concerns.
  13. Continuously evaluate and implement new technologies and processes to improve supply chain efficiency.
  14. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the supply chain team.
  15. Conduct regular training and development programs for supply chain and logistics staff.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain And Inbound Logistics Management Within A Similar Industry.

  • Proven Ability To Develop And Implement Effective Supply Chain Strategies, Including Optimizing Inventory Levels, Managing Supplier Relationships, And Improving Operational Efficiency.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience With Supply Chain Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Managing And Developing A Team Of Supply Chain Professionals.
