  1. Oversee the mechanical engineering efforts of the global team for JBL Professional Loudspeakers division.
  2. Ensure the delivery of innovative, high-quality and market-leading products through effective management and leadership.
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure smooth product development and launch.
  4. Set clear goals and objectives for the mechanical engineering team and provide guidance and support to achieve them.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development.
  6. Lead and participate in design reviews, providing technical expertise and ensuring adherence to industry standards and company guidelines.
  7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in mechanical engineering to incorporate new technologies and techniques into product design.
  8. Collaborate with the research and development team to identify and implement cost-saving measures in product design and development.
  9. Manage the budget and resources for the mechanical engineering department, ensuring efficient and effective use of company resources.
  10. Act as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making and driving the growth and success of the company.
  11. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our products and expertise in mechanical engineering.
  12. Cultivate a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting open communication and teamwork among team members.
  13. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards in product design and development.
  14. Conduct regular market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
  15. Continuously monitor and improve the mechanical engineering processes and procedures to streamline operations and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mechanical Engineering: A Strong Educational Background In Mechanical Engineering Is Essential For This Role, As It Provides The Necessary Technical Knowledge And Skills To Manage The Global Mechanical Engineering Team At Jbl.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Managerial Role: This Position Requires A Candidate With Proven Leadership Abilities And Previous Experience Managing A Team In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Global Manufacturing Processes: Jbl Is A Global Company, And The Manager Of Global Mechanical Engineering Must Have A Deep Understanding Of International Manufacturing Processes, Regulations, And Standards.
