
Global Rewards Analyst
The Global Rewards Analyst role will be responsible for supporting the Global Rewards team by assisting with key rewards initiatives and administration of compensation programs that attract, retain, motivate and reward employees. Participate in compensation surveys as applicable. Analyze compensation data and provide applicable reports, typically requiring HRIS reporting, advanced Excel manipulation, and analysis of pertinent comparative data for matching and leveling. Assist the Rewards team and HR Business Partners with the evaluation of positions, analysis of compensation components, and accuracy of job descriptions. Manage all aspects of Compensation Software. Including survey and employee information management. Provide compensation related trainings to employees about compensation programs. Grades all roles using Harman Global Grading as appropriate. Perform training for other Harman compensation professionals on the use of the global grading system.
3+ years experience in a broad-based compensation administration role.
Familiarity with U.S. laws and regulations related to compensation matters (i.e. FLSA).
Experience using Talent|Reward, SuccessFactors, ADP GlobalView/SAP and Workday
