Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Global Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at JBL. As the Global Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all regions. You’ll need to be a great communicator, have a customer-focused mindset, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.The ideal candidate should have a degree in customer service, business management, or a related field, as well as 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a global setting. Our Global Customer Experience Coordinator must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, be an excellent listener, and be able to effectively communicate with customers from different cultures. You’ll be a creative and innovative thinker who is eager to help customers with their needs and concerns. We also expect you to be able to work independently and collaboratively, be highly organized, and have the ability to multitask.If you’re passionate about customer service and building relationships, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop customer service strategies to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty across all regions.
  2. Communicate with customers from different cultures and provide excellent customer service.
  3. Listen to customer needs and concerns, and provide creative and innovative solutions.
  4. Work independently and collaboratively to achieve organizational goals.
  5. Manage and maintain customer service databases, records, and files.
  6. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  7. Monitor customer service trends and assess customer service performance.
  8. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
  9. Provide feedback to senior management regarding customer service initiatives.
  10. Analyze customer service data and provide recommendations.
