
Global Customer Experience Coordinator
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Global Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at JBL. As the Global Customer Experience Coordinator, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty across all regions. You’ll need to be a great communicator, have a customer-focused mindset, and be able to work independently and collaboratively.The ideal candidate should have a degree in customer service, business management, or a related field, as well as 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in a global setting. Our Global Customer Experience Coordinator must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, be an excellent listener, and be able to effectively communicate with customers from different cultures. You’ll be a creative and innovative thinker who is eager to help customers with their needs and concerns. Responsibilities:
