Job Description

As a Senior Engineer, the candidate is expected to take a leading role in design decisions and development. Other responsibilities include following company processes and procedures for firmware development, contributing to functional product specifications, and working closely in a team environment. Design and develop C/C++ firmware for video and control embedded products. Lead design and architecture decisions by acting as a subject matter expert for targeted technologies. Manage assigned tasks and schedules. Follow engineering standards and procedures for firmware development. Work with a team of engineers to bring products to the video and control industry.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of C/C++ programming and debugging in both Linux and other RTOS platforms

  • Video over IP development experience.

  • Experience with Ethernet switching and L2 networking design

  • BSP and hardware bring up in a number of RTOS and bare metal environments

  • Thorough understanding of OOP/OOD concepts and practices
