- Provide technical support to customers for JBL audio products.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to JBL products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address product issues.
- Conduct research and analyze data to continuously improve product support.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology and industry developments to provide knowledgeable support.
- Develop and maintain customer support processes and procedures.
- Train and mentor new team members to ensure high-quality support services.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Proactively identify and escalate potential issues to management.
- Collaborate with engineering and product development teams to provide customer feedback and suggestions for product improvements.
- Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical solutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Continuously evaluate and improve support processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize support processes and systems.
- Represent JBL in a professional and positive manner at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Providing Technical Support And Troubleshooting For Engineering Products.
Strong Understanding Of Manufacturing Processes And Quality Control Procedures.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Relevant Engineering Tools.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively In A Team Environment.
