At JBL, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Customer Validation Manager to join our team and help ensure that our products meet customer expectations. We’re looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator and can work across departments to ensure that our products are of the highest quality.The ideal candidate for this role should possess a degree in engineering, marketing, or a related field, and have at least five years of experience in customer validation, product development, or a similar role. Additionally, you should have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.We’re looking for someone who is passionate about customer satisfaction and is committed to helping us create the best products and experiences for our customers.
