- Develop and maintain the ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) process framework for software development within the organization.
- Ensure compliance with ASPICE standards and other relevant regulations.
- Lead and facilitate process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and effectiveness of software development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any process gaps or issues.
- Provide guidance and support to software development teams in implementing and following ASPICE processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to software architecture and ASPICE processes.
- Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and external auditors on process-related matters.
- Train and mentor team members on ASPICE processes and standards.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement and quality within the organization.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Aspice (Automotive Spice) Framework And Its Application In Software Development Processes.
Strong Understanding Of Software Architecture Principles And Experience In Designing Complex Software Systems In The Automotive Industry.
Familiarity With Iso 26262 Functional Safety Standards And Their Integration Into The Aspice Process.
Proven Experience In Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Compliance With Aspice Guidelines And Project Timelines.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Various Stakeholders Including Engineers, Project Managers, And Customers.
