- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the DACH region.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Conduct regular meetings and presentations with key accounts to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for JBL, promoting our products and services to potential clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with key accounts to ensure mutual satisfaction.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of account activities and sales data.
- Provide regular and timely reports to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Attend relevant industry events and trade shows to network and promote JBL's products and services.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform sales and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with the customer service team to ensure timely and efficient resolution of any issues or concerns raised by key accounts.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of JBL's business in the DACH region.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Fluent In German: The Account Manager Dach Must Possess Excellent Communication Skills In German, As They Will Be Responsible For Managing Accounts In Germany, Austria, And Switzerland.
Proven Sales Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Track Record Of Successful Sales Experience, Preferably In The Audio Or Consumer Electronics Industry. This Includes A Strong Understanding Of Sales Techniques And The Ability To Meet And Exceed Sales Targets.
Knowledge Of The Dach Market: The Account Manager Dach Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Cultural And Business Landscape Of The Dach Region, Including Market Trends, Consumer Behavior, And Key Competitors.
Strong Negotiation Skills: As The Primary Point Of Contact For Jbl's Clients In The Dach Region, The Account Manager Should Possess Excellent Negotiation Skills To Ensure Mutually Beneficial Agreements And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Or Related Field: A Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field Is Typically Required For This Role. This Educational Background Demonstrates A Strong Foundation In Business Principles And Can Be Beneficial For Success In The Position.
