We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as the Office Manager for the Office of the President. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly support the President of the university in managing administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and multitasking skills, and a strong understanding of office management and administrative processes.   1. Greeting and welcoming visitors to the Office of the President in a warm and professional manner.
  2. Managing and organizing the President's schedule, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
  3. Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  4. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
  5. Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and other official events.
  6. Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
  7. Assisting with budget management and expense tracking for the Office of the President.
  8. Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by overseeing administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
  9. Acting as a liaison between the Office of the President and other departments within the university.
  10. Training and supervising administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective support for the President.
  11. Collaborating with other university departments and external stakeholders to coordinate projects and initiatives.
  12. Maintaining a thorough understanding of university policies and procedures to provide accurate information and support to others.
  13. Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and implementing new systems and procedures as needed.
  14. Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by the President.
  15. Upholding the university's mission and values in all aspects of the job.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Office Management Or Executive Support Roles

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Applications.
