
Office Manager - Office of the President

- Greeting and welcoming visitors to the Office of the President in a warm and professional manner.
- Managing and organizing the President's schedule, including scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions and communications.
- Coordinating and preparing materials for meetings, presentations, and other official events.
- Managing and maintaining office supplies and equipment, including ordering and restocking as needed.
- Assisting with budget management and expense tracking for the Office of the President.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by overseeing administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and data entry.
- Acting as a liaison between the Office of the President and other departments within the university.
- Training and supervising administrative staff to ensure efficient and effective support for the President.
- Collaborating with other university departments and external stakeholders to coordinate projects and initiatives.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of university policies and procedures to provide accurate information and support to others.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement and implementing new systems and procedures as needed.
- Assisting with special projects and tasks as assigned by the President.
- Upholding the university's mission and values in all aspects of the job.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration Or Related Field
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Office Management Or Executive Support Roles
Excellent Organizational And Time Management Skills
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Other Relevant Software Applications.
