Building Operations Coordinator

The primary role of this position is to serve as the building coordinator for Rose Library while maintaining an awareness of Carrier Library and effectively serving as back up for Carrier’s building coordinator as needed. This position actively participates in the planning and execution of successful facilities projects across the Libraries and collaborates effectively with the Facilities Operations team to support successful operations and the completion of projects in library buildings. Track project status and progress closely, proactively communicating to gather and share information as appropriate. Participate in facilities-related budget planning and ensure compliance with Libraries budget standards and all applicable financial protocol.
