3. Identify and analyze training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
4. Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness.
5. Develop and maintain training resources and materials, such as manuals, job aids, and videos.
6. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees and management.
7. Remain up-to-date with changes in the organization and industry.
8. Provide guidance and support to employees regarding training and development.
9. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
10. Assist with the development of performance improvement plans.
