Training Specialist

Jaguar Land Rover is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Training Specialist to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that our employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills with a passion for helping others grow and develop.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Adult Education, or a related field• 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred• Ability to present complex information in an easy to understand manner• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Responsibilities:

• Create and develop training programs and materials for employees across the Jaguar Land Rover organization • Deliver training programs to employees in-person, online, or through other media • Evaluate training programs and materials to ensure they are meeting the needs of the organization • Monitor and assess employee performance following training sessions • Develop and manage relationships with external vendors and contractors as needed • Remain up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to adult education and training • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure training programs are effective and efficient • Maintain records of training sessions and employee performance in learning management systems • Create and manage budgets for training programs
