1. Design and develop innovative, interactive, and engaging training programs for employees.
2. Utilize instructional design techniques to effectively create training materials.
3. Deliver successful training programs to employees.
4. Monitor program effectiveness and adjust training and materials as needed.
5. Serve as a consultant on learning and development initiatives.
6. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
7. Train and mentor other trainers.
8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and guidelines.
9. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all training programs.
10. Provide reports and feedback on training programs.
