Sustainability Manager

Jaguar Land Rover is looking for an experienced, passionate, and knowledgeable Sustainability Manager to lead our sustainability efforts. They will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to think strategically, and a passion for driving progress toward a more sustainable future.Required qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, engineering, or a related field; 5+ years of experience in sustainability or environmental management; and experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies and goals. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies and goals in alignment with Jaguar Land Rover's sustainability objectives.
2. Remain up-to-date on current and emerging sustainability practices, regulations, and technologies.
3. Manage the sustainability budget, track expenses, and monitor progress against goals.
4. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing sustainability programs and recommend improvements.
5. Develop and execute sustainability training and awareness programs for staff.
6. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with sustainability objectives.
7. Cultivate relationships with suppliers to ensure sustainable practices.
8. Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability initiatives and results.
9. Monitor and evaluate industry trends and developments in sustainability.
10. Lead initiatives to reduce waste, water usage, and energy consumption.
