Sustainability Manager

We are looking for a passionate and driven Sustainability Manager to join the Jaguar Land Rover team to help us shape our future and create a more sustainable world. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will help continue our sustainability journey and ensure that we meet our commitments to environmental, social and economic goals.To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate experience in the areas of sustainability, environmental management and corporate social responsibility. You will need to have strong project management skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. We also require you to be highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement sustainability strategies to help Jaguar Land Rover meet its environmental, social, and economic goals.
2. Manage projects related to sustainability, environmental management, and corporate social responsibility.
3. Monitor progress on sustainability initiatives and report to upper management.
4. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and collaboration.
5. Develop creative solutions to complex sustainability challenges.
6. Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
7. Foster a culture of sustainability within the organization.
8. Develop and implement communication plans to inform stakeholders of sustainability initiatives.
9. Prepare reports and presentations on sustainability activities.
10. Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop plans to address them.
