Supply Chain Analyst

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of supply chain operations and be capable of developing strategies for optimizing our supply chain processes.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of supply chain experience, a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field, and an understanding of the automotive industry. The successful candidate must also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and adjust to shifting priorities. In addition, our Supply Chain Analyst must have the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Analyze and evaluate supply chain operations to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies for optimizing processes.
2. Monitor trends in the automotive industry and make recommendations for the company’s supply chain.
3. Manage and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while adjusting to shifting priorities.
4. Establish relationships with vendors and suppliers and facilitate negotiations for optimal pricing and terms.
5. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed.
6. Develop and implement processes for tracking and managing supplier performance.
7. Manage customer orders and ensure timely delivery.
8. Maintain accurate records and compile reports on supply chain metrics.
9. Work with other departments to coordinate activities and ensure successful product launches.
10. Provide support to colleagues and assist with other tasks as needed.
