Job Description

Jaguar Land Rover is seeking a driven, experienced Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an extensive background in sales leadership and a passion for helping others. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to grow our customer base and exceed our sales goals. To be successful in this role, you must have excellent customer service and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to increase customer base and exceed sales goals.
  2. Train and manage sales staff to ensure excellent customer service and successful sales processes.
  3. Track sales performance and analyze sales data to identify areas of improvement.
  4. Maintain positive customer relationships and address customer complaints and concerns.
  5. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to increase sales and retention.
  6. Monitor competition and industry trends to stay ahead of the market.
  7. Prepare and present weekly sales reports to upper management.
  8. Collaborate with other departments to maximize efficiency and sales opportunities.
  9. Manage and oversee marketing and advertising campaigns to promote products and services.
  10. Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors.
