Project Manager

We are currently looking for a highly motivated Project Manager to join our team and help manage the development of our projects.The role of Project Manager requires a combination of strong technical and management skills. You must have excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of project life cycles. You must be able to manage, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you must be comfortable leading a team and developing detailed plans and schedules.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, and knowledge of the automotive industry. Responsibilities:

1. Manage the development of projects from inception to completion according to established timelines and budgets.
2. Develop detailed plans and schedules for projects, and coordinate multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
3. Lead a team to ensure the successful completion of projects.
4. Utilize problem-solving and organizational skills to identify and address any issues that arise during the course of the project.
5. Monitor and track project progress on a regular basis and make necessary adjustments as needed.
6. Maintain communication with stakeholders to ensure that all parties are informed of project status and changes.
7. Remain up to date with industry trends and technologies in order to identify new opportunities for project improvement.
8. Develop and implement process improvements and best practices for project management.
