Manufacturing Technician

Jaguar Land Rover is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our team. This individual will be an integral part of the Automotive Production and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of manufacturing techniques, quality assurance and process improvement. Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain Automotive Production processes and systems to ensure efficient operations.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to production and equipment.
3. Implement and maintain quality assurance protocols for Automotive Production.
4. Develop and document processes for production improvement.
5. Monitor and improve production efficiency and effectiveness.
6. Assist in the implementation of new technologies to ensure Automotive Production remains efficient.
7. Train and mentor junior staff on Automotive Production processes and systems.
8. Monitor inventory and supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
9. Ensure strict adherence to safety policies and regulations.
10. Monitor production output and provide feedback to management.
