Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Manufacturing Technician to join the Jaguar Land Rover team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive production and have a solid understanding of manufacturing processes as well as a willingness to learn new skills. You must have a degree in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field, as well as at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all production tasks are completed efficiently and safely, and that all products meet quality and performance standards. Responsibilities:

1. Utilize mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or other related knowledge to ensure all production tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
2. Ensure all products meet quality and performance standards.
3. Monitor and maintain production equipment and supplies.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues in a timely manner.
5. Maintain a safe and productive working environment.
6. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure production goals are met.
7. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure product quality.
8. Document and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
9. Train and mentor new technicians on production processes.
10. Assist with the implementation of new production techniques and technologies.
