Logistics Coordinator

The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Required Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field• At least two years of experience in a logistics-related role• Thorough knowledge of supply chain management, transportation, warehousing, and distribution• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other logistics software• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team setting• High level of attention to detail• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective logistics plans in order to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of goods and services

• Monitor supply chain performance to identify and resolve any bottlenecks or issues

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments

• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth flow of goods and services

• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations

• Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and other service providers

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

• Monitor and analyze logistical performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and develop appropriate strategies

• Manage customer service inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction

• Analyze and review data to identify trends and potential opportunities

• Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in logistics processes

• Stay up to date on industry developments and changes in regulations.
