3. Monitor progress of shipments to maintain efficient delivery schedules.
4. Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve delivery issues.
5. Negotiate and manage contracts with carriers to secure competitive rates.
6. Track inventory levels and order new supplies as needed.
7. Monitor and analyze logistics data to identify areas of improvement.
8. Develop and implement strategies to optimize logistics processes.
9. Supervise logistics staff and provide training and guidance when needed.
10. Prepare and submit reports on the status of shipments and deliveries.
