Responsiblities:

1. Monitor and manage the timely delivery of goods to customers.
2. Plan and coordinate transportation routes to ensure efficient delivery of goods.
3. Ensure adequate stock levels of goods are maintained.
4. Oversee daily operations in the warehouse.
5. Ensure accurate and timely paperwork is completed.
6. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
7. Monitor warehouse inventory and ensure order accuracy.
8. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer service.
9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure all orders are filled and shipped on time.
10. Track and report on key performance metrics.
