Legal Counsel

Responsibilities:

1. Provide counsel and advice on legal matters to internal teams and management
2. Research, interpret, and apply laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations
3. Draft and review contracts, including employment and commercial contracts
4. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure the company’s legal and business interests are protected
5. Monitor legal developments and advise management on potential legal risks and liabilities
6. Represent the company in legal proceedings, including mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
7. Develop and implement internal legal policies and procedures
8. Advise on data protection and privacy compliance
9. Manage external legal counsel and ensure timely delivery of legal services
10. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of applicable laws and regulations
