Legal Counsel

We are looking for an exceptional Legal Counsel to join the Jaguar Land Rover team. In this role, you will provide legal advice, assistance, and support to the company on a range of critical matters. As a key member of our team, you should possess a strong background in corporate and commercial law, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.The ideal candidate should have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. You should have extensive experience in commercial and corporate transactions, as well as a working knowledge of intellectual property, real estate and employment law. Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of the automotive industry and its legal landscape.We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to think strategically on behalf of the company. As our Legal Counsel, you should also have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively. 8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and changes in relevant laws.
9. Prepare and review legal contracts and agreements.
10. Support the company’s legal team in all aspects of their work.
