Field Service Technician

Jaguar Land Rover is looking for a passionate and skilled Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team. As part of our global team, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance and repair services to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and safety. This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, customer service skills, and strong problem-solving abilities. We’re looking for someone who displays enthusiasm for the automotive industry and can work well as part of a team.The successful candidate should possess a minimum of a two-year diploma in automotive maintenance and repair from a post-secondary institution, as well as advanced knowledge of automotive electronics and diagnostic tools. Prior experience in a customer service role is also highly desirable. Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

7. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
8. Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
