Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate the workplace environment to ensure safety and health standards are met.
2. Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for the organization.
3. Conduct safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and risks.
4. Monitor and review safety reports and statistics to identify areas of improvement.
5. Develop and deliver safety training for staff and management.
6. Liaise with relevant authorities and external organizations to ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations.
7. Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and develop corrective actions.
8. Monitor the implementation of corrective actions to ensure continuous improvement.
9. Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Prepare and submit annual safety reports to relevant authorities.
