Coordinate with Project Managers and Project Controls to understand client contracts. Implement client pricing to internal systems (Sitetracker). Transmit data between client systems and internal systems. Maintain operational reports to ensure accuracy of internal data. Work with users and provide training as necessary to ensure correct usage of internal and external systems. Continue maintenance and support on exsisiting internal tools.Guide the Operations team in continue innovation and automation. Manages day-to-day activities in the Program Management Office (PMO). Implements and provides guidance related to PMO processes and policies, oversees the work of project management staff, and works with other department leaders.
