At J.P. Morgan Chase & Co., we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Vice President of Strategy & Operations – Benefits & Rewards.   1. Develop and execute strategic initiatives related to employee benefits and rewards programs.
  2. Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify areas for improvement and innovation in benefits and rewards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new benefits and rewards programs that align with company objectives.
  4. Manage all aspects of benefits and rewards operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and vendor management.
  5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of current benefits and rewards programs, and make recommendations for improvements.
  6. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employee benefits and rewards.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR, finance, and senior leadership.
  8. Provide guidance and support to HR teams and managers on benefits and rewards policies and procedures.
  9. Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in employee benefits and rewards.
  10. Lead and mentor a team of benefits and rewards professionals to drive high performance and achieve departmental goals.
  11. Work closely with finance and accounting teams to forecast and report on benefits and rewards expenses.
  12. Continuously assess and improve processes and systems related to benefits and rewards operations.
  13. Develop and deliver presentations to senior leadership on the strategy and performance of benefits and rewards programs.
  14. Ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and engagement with benefits and rewards offerings.
  15. Represent the company in external meetings and conferences related to employee benefits and rewards.

  • Financial Acumen: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Financial Mindset And Be Able To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions To Support The Development And Management Of The Benefits And Rewards Budget.
