- Drive operational efficiency within the Benefits & Rewards division.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.

- Identify and mitigate potential risks to the division's operations and initiatives.

- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the division.
- Represent the Benefits & Rewards division in internal and external meetings and events.
- Act as a subject matter expert on employee benefits and rewards programs within the organization.
