  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee benefits and rewards programs.
  2. Drive operational efficiency within the Benefits & Rewards division.
  3. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Think critically and creatively to identify new opportunities and address challenges.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and drive results.
  6. Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve programs.
  7. Lead and mentor team members to foster a high-performing and collaborative culture.
  8. Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
  9. Communicate with senior leadership to provide updates on strategy and operational initiatives.
  10. Manage budgets and resources to maximize impact and efficiency.
  11. Identify and mitigate potential risks to the division's operations and initiatives.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the division.
  14. Represent the Benefits & Rewards division in internal and external meetings and events.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on employee benefits and rewards programs within the organization.
