  1. Lead and conduct user-centered research initiatives to inform and improve the overall user experience of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s digital offerings.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify research goals and develop appropriate methodologies to gather insights on user behavior.
  3. Design and execute user research studies, including usability testing, surveys, and interviews, to gather data and insights on user needs and preferences.
  4. Analyze and synthesize research findings to identify key insights and opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
  5. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the financial industry, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in user experience research.
  6. Use research findings to provide actionable recommendations and contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions.
  7. Partner with product managers, designers, and developers to ensure that user research insights are incorporated into the product development process.
  8. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of user experience improvements and make recommendations for further enhancements.
  9. Mentor and guide junior researchers in research methodologies and best practices.
  10. Continuously evaluate and improve the user research process to ensure efficient and effective data collection and analysis.
  11. Represent J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. as a thought leader in user experience research through conference presentations, publications, and networking events.
  12. Communicate research findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization in a clear and compelling manner.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and new research tools and techniques, and make recommendations for their implementation.
  14. Uphold the company's commitment to delivering exceptional services and solutions to clients through high-quality user research.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In User Experience Research: A Qualified Candidate For This Position Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Conducting And Managing User Experience Research Projects. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Various Research Methods And Techniques, And Be Able To Apply Them To Solve Complex Business Problems.

  • Strong Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills: A Successful Ux Research Lead At J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Should Possess Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Skills. They Should Be Able To Gather And Analyze Large Amounts Of Data, Draw Meaningful Insights, And Translate Them Into Actionable Recommendations For The Business.
