  1. Develop and lead the design strategy for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s digital products, ensuring they are user-centered, intuitive, and effective.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to deliver world-class user experiences.
  3. Conduct research and gather insights to inform design decisions, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
  4. Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across all digital products.
  5. Work closely with user interface designers to translate design strategy into user interface elements and interactions.
  6. Use a strategic mindset to anticipate future needs and trends in user experience design and make recommendations for improvement.
  7. Lead and facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and drive innovation.
  8. Partner with stakeholders and business leaders to align design strategy with overall business goals and objectives.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in user experience design to continuously improve and evolve the digital banking experience.
  10. Mentor and coach junior members of the design team to foster growth and development within the department.
  11. Monitor and analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions.
  12. Communicate design strategy and progress to upper management and stakeholders, advocating for user-centric design principles and practices.
  13. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality design solutions.
  14. Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to leverage their expertise and capabilities for design projects when necessary.
  15. Act as a champion for user experience design within the organization, promoting its value and importance in driving business success.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Management Role

  • Strong Understanding Of Design Thinking Methodologies And Experience Applying Them In A Corporate Setting

  • Demonstrated Experience In Conducting User Research, Creating User Personas, And Developing User Journeys

  • Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Or Figma, As Well As Prototyping Tools Such As Invision Or Axure.
