- Lead the design of digital products and services for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.

- Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize design processes and workflows.

- Serve as a subject matter expert on user experience design and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.
Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, And Invision.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Designers.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
