  1. Lead the design of digital products and services for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and deliver innovative solutions.
  3. Manage and mentor a team of designers to ensure high-quality work and professional growth.
  4. Utilize a user-centered design approach to create intuitive and user-friendly experiences.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the customer journey.
  6. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of UX principles and apply them to all design work.
  7. Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
  8. Create and present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders.
  9. Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design solutions are feasible and meet business objectives.
  10. Act as a design advocate and champion within the organization, promoting the value and importance of user experience.
  11. Lead user testing and iterate on designs based on feedback.
  12. Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
  13. Continuously seek ways to improve and optimize design processes and workflows.
  14. Represent the company at industry events and conferences, showcasing our innovative design work.
  15. Serve as a subject matter expert on user experience design and provide guidance and support to other teams within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Design Tools Such As Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, And Invision.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, Or Computer Science.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Designers.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
