  1. Develop and execute the user experience strategy for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co's digital products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the user experience aligns with business objectives and meets the needs of our diverse client base.
  3. Lead the design and development of intuitive, user-friendly digital products and services.
  4. Utilize user-centered design principles to create exceptional user experiences.
  5. Conduct user research and gather feedback to continuously improve the user experience.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in user experience design.
  7. Provide leadership and mentorship to the user experience design team.
  8. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business goals and translate them into effective user experiences.
  9. Develop and maintain user experience design standards and guidelines.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  11. Advocate for the user and champion user experience design within the organization.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to ensure consistency in brand and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
  13. Monitor and analyze user experience metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven design decisions.
  14. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the user experience design team.
  15. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to showcase our user experience design capabilities.

Job Qualifications
