  1. Develop and drive the overall user experience strategy for J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s products and services.
  2. Lead and manage a team of designers, strategists, and researchers, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high-quality work and continuous improvement.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand user needs and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user experience design and incorporate them into our processes and methodologies.
  5. Conduct user research and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  6. Create and maintain design standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across products and services.
  7. Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, advocating for the user and driving buy-in for our solutions.
  8. Monitor and analyze user feedback and behavior to continuously improve the user experience.
  9. Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the user experience design team.
  10. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives to meet deadlines and business objectives.
  11. Act as a thought leader and advocate for user experience design within the organization.
  12. Mentor and develop team members, providing opportunities for growth and development.
  13. Collaborate with other executive leaders to align user experience strategy with broader business goals and initiatives.
  14. Oversee the user experience design budget and resource allocation.
  15. Represent J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. at industry events and conferences to showcase our user experience design capabilities.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In User Experience Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Executing Large-Scale Projects.

  • Strong Leadership And Management Skills: As An Executive Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Designers And Overseeing Multiple Projects. Therefore, Strong Leadership And Management Skills Are Essential For This Role.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: The Candidate Should Have A Strategic Mindset And The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively To Solve Complex User Experience Challenges. They Should Also Be Able To Anticipate Future Design Needs And Proactively Develop Solutions.
