- Lead the user experience design team and oversee all design projects for digital products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to understand user needs and business objectives.
- Develop and implement a cohesive UX strategy that aligns with the company's overall vision and goals.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Ensure that all designs are in line with industry best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.
- Mentor and guide team members, providing feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and design methodologies, and incorporate them into the design process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and measure key performance indicators to evaluate the success of the user experience design.
- Communicate design strategies and progress to senior leadership, advocating for the importance of user experience in driving business results.
Extensive Experience In User Experience Design: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Projects And A Deep Understanding Of Ux Principles And Methodologies.
Strong Leadership Skills: As An Executive Director, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Ux Designers. Therefore, The Candidate Should Have Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Inspire And Motivate Team Members, Manage Conflicts, And Make Strategic Decisions.
Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Business Goals And Objectives Of J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of The Financial Industry, As Well As The Ability To Align Ux Design Strategies With Business Goals.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Stakeholders, Including Clients, Product Managers, Developers, And Other Team Members. This Includes The Ability To Present Design Proposals, Gather Feedback, And Negotiate Solutions.
