  1. Monitor and manage the company's cash and liquidity position on a daily basis.
  2. Conduct research and analysis on financial markets, interest rates, and economic trends to inform cash management strategies.
  3. Assist in developing and implementing cash management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  4. Collaborate with various departments within the company to forecast cash flow and identify potential liquidity risks.
  5. Execute and reconcile daily cash transactions and monitor cash balances across multiple bank accounts.
  6. Prepare accurate and timely cash flow reports and forecasts for senior management.
  7. Stay informed of changes in financial regulations and make recommendations for necessary adjustments to cash management processes.
  8. Maintain relationships with banking partners and negotiate favorable terms for banking services.
  9. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficiency-enhancing initiatives.
  10. Act as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding cash management and liquidity.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members in cash management processes and procedures.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized records of cash transactions and ensure compliance with internal controls.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  14. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into daily operations.
  15. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and special projects as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field

  • 2-3 Years Of Experience In Treasury Operations Or Finance Roles

  • Strong Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Instruments, Including Derivatives And Foreign Exchange

  • Proficiency In Financial Software And Systems, Such As Bloomberg Or Treasury Workstation.
