  1. Manage the execution of syndicated loan transactions for corporate and institutional clients.
  2. Work closely with bankers, underwriters, and legal professionals to facilitate the syndication process.
  3. Ensure the successful completion of each transaction by paying close attention to detail and following established processes.
  4. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates and address any issues that may arise during the syndication process.

  7. Create and maintain accurate records and documents related to syndicated loan transactions.
  8. Assist with due diligence activities, including reviewing loan documents and identifying potential risks.
  9. Monitor and track the progress of syndicated loan transactions and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  10. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or roadblocks that may impact the successful completion of a syndicated loan transaction.
  11. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  12. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to streamline the syndication process and enhance client experience.
  13. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times, both internally and externally.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Syndicated Loan Transactions Or Commercial Lending.

  • Strong Understanding Of Loan Documentation And Syndicated Loan Market Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Liaise With Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Familiarity With Loan Syndication Platforms And Systems, Such As Loan Iq Or Clearpar.
