  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs.
  2. Use user-centered design principles to create innovative and user-friendly product designs.
  3. Conduct user research, gather insights, and incorporate feedback to inform design decisions.
  4. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs to effectively communicate design solutions.
  5. Ensure consistency in design and user experience across all digital channels and platforms.

  7. Advocate for the user by considering accessibility, usability, and inclusivity in all design solutions.
  8. Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and provide rationale for design decisions.
  9. Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
  10. Take ownership of projects and manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
  11. Maintain and evolve design systems, design guidelines, and other design documentation.
  12. Participate in user testing and use data to inform design decisions.
  13. Act as a mentor to junior designers and provide feedback and guidance on design projects.
  14. Uphold the company’s vision and values and ensure designs align with them.
  15. Continuously strive to improve and optimize the digital experience for clients and employees.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.

  • Proficiency In Design And Prototyping Tools Such As Sketch, Invision, And Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Designers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate Design Decisions To Stakeholders And Clients.
