- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and user needs.

- Communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders and provide rationale for design decisions.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
- Take ownership of projects and manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables.
- Maintain and evolve design systems, design guidelines, and other design documentation.
- Participate in user testing and use data to inform design decisions.
- Act as a mentor to junior designers and provide feedback and guidance on design projects.
- Uphold the company’s vision and values and ensure designs align with them.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize the digital experience for clients and employees.
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In User Experience Design, Preferably In The Financial Industry.
Strong Understanding Of User-Centered Design Principles And Methodologies.
Proficiency In Design And Prototyping Tools Such As Sketch, Invision, And Adobe Creative Suite.
Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Designers And Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams.
Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Articulate Design Decisions To Stakeholders And Clients.
