  1. Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and propose innovative solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and project managers, to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of projects.
  3. Utilize your technical expertise to design and implement efficient and effective solutions for complex business problems.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve business processes and systems.
  5. Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and design to implementation and post-implementation support.
  6. Communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management, to provide updates on project progress and gather feedback.
  7. Conduct user acceptance testing and provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes.
  8. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and proactively propose solutions to ensure smooth project delivery.
  9. Maintain detailed documentation of project requirements, processes, and solutions.
  10. Mentor and train junior business analysts to foster their professional growth and development.
  11. Uphold the organization's standards and policies, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  12. Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  13. Demonstrate strong leadership skills to drive projects and teams towards successful outcomes.
  14. Participate in meetings and presentations to share insights, provide recommendations, and discuss project updates.
  15. Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Business Analyst Role, Preferably In The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Data Analysis, And Project Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
