- Lead the development and implementation of the Investran software, ensuring high quality and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients in the private equity and alternative investments industry
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and developers, to define and execute the software development roadmap
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, ensuring best practices and coding standards are followed
- Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance the functionality and performance of the software
- Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior developers to improve overall team skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology, and recommend new tools and techniques to improve the software development process
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues, and proactively identify and address potential risks and roadblocks
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, and effectively manage expectations and priorities
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Investran software, providing technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders

Extensive Experience In Software Development: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Strong Background In Technologies Such As Java, .Net, And Sql.
