  1. Develop and implement innovative software solutions that meet the needs of J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and its clients.
  2. Lead and manage a team of software engineers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and other developers to design and implement scalable and reliable software solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the industry to continuously improve and enhance the firm's software capabilities.
  5. Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
  6. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  7. Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and security protocols.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
  9. Communicate project progress and challenges to management and stakeholders.
  10. Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
  11. Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  12. Demonstrate strong leadership skills by setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and fostering a positive and collaborative team environment.
  13. Adhere to J.P. Morgan Chase & Co.'s policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Extensive Experience In Software Development And Architecture: Senior Lead Software Engineers At J.p. Morgan Chase & Co. Must Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Software Development And Architecture, With A Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages, Frameworks, And Databases.
