If you have a passion for problem-solving and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or similar role- Strong experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and infrastructure automation tools (Chef, Puppet, Ansible)- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, Go)- Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills- Proven track record of leading and mentoring a team- Excellent communication and collaboration skills- Financial services industry experience is a plus

  2. Utilize strong technical skills to maintain peak performance of systems.
  3. Develop and implement infrastructure automation tools for efficient system management.
  4. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure smooth operation of systems.
  5. Lead and mentor a team of Site Reliability Engineers.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues.
  7. Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes.
  8. Stay updated on new technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve systems.
  9. Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address concerns.
  10. Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
  11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  12. Provide guidance and support to junior team members.
  13. Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical applications.
  14. Conduct performance analysis and make recommendations for system improvements.
  15. Train and onboard new team members.
  16. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to resolve technical issues.
  17. Adhere to security protocols and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  18. Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans.
  19. Communicate and escalate issues to management as needed.
  20. Serve as a subject matter expert for Site Reliability Engineering within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • Extensive Experience With Site Reliability Engineering Principles And Practices, Ideally In A Large-Scale, Enterprise Environment.

  • Proven Track Record Of Leading And Managing A Team Of Site Reliability Engineers, Including Setting Goals, Providing Guidance, And Conducting Performance Evaluations.

  • Strong Technical Skills In Areas Such As Linux/Unix Systems Administration, Network Engineering, And Cloud Computing (Aws, Azure, Etc.).

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field, With A Minimum Of 8-10 Years Of Relevant Work Experience. Certifications In Areas Such As Aws, Azure, Or Sre Best Practices Are Also Highly Desirable.
